Alistair Bennett who is the Managing Director of the company is a qualified accountant, consultant and experienced business change manager. He has a proven track record of fifteen years across blue chip companies; financial services, retail and investment banking. A hands-on transformation SME, specialising in getting your business ready for change, designing target operating models and then the creation of a portfolio of initiatives, including desired business benefits.

Alistair is also an author in the field of business change and thought leadership, with his first book in global change and risk management set to be released next summer.

Over recent years associates have worked with him to support several international and domestic projects in finance, risk, treasury and compliance.
